Siho EllsmoreSiho Ellsmore (Writer, Performer) born and raised in a far away land, Siho was an exotic flower amongst the dry bush of the Australian landscape. Finding her passion for the performing arts at the tender age of 10, playing the wicked queen in an adaptation of Snow White, it was another 11 years until she got her next major role in the long running Aussie soap “Neighbours”, playing the “bad” girl “Cara Winfield”. A trip to New York to study acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts,became a permanent relocation. In New York Siho has worked with NAATCo, Ma-Yi, Target Margin, The Drama League, La MaMa and Ensemble Studio Theatre to name a few. Siho made her off-broadway debut in Jewtopia. She has appeared on MTV, VH1 and Comedy Central. She is a founding member of Leviathan Lab and a member of the Leviathan Lab Asian American Women’s Writers Group. She loves cats and is a Starbucks caramel apple spice addict.

Marisa MarquezMarisa Marquez is a writer/actor. As a writer, the last production of her play GATED was nominated for five Midtown International Theater Awards and in 2007 was named one of the 100 Most Influential Women in the US for her play Sampaguita . She will also be staring as Virgie in the Alaskan premiere of Ralph B. Pena’s (Artistic Director Ma-Yi Theater Company) Flipzoids and originated the role of Fuegia in Emmy Award winning writer Luis Santiero’s Land of Fire and played Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing (MoonBeam Productions). As a playwright, Marquez developed GOOD girl with DiverseCity Theatre, Plunge with AimHigh and as a result of her play Sampaguita, featured during Immigration History Week and the inaugural Asian American Theater Festival, she was named one of the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the U.S. in 2007. Marisa is also a proud member of the Leviathan Lab’s Asian American Women’s Writers Group. With fellow member and writing partner, Siho Ellsmore, they have created the Yellow Brick Wall series. She received training at the British American Drama Academy and graduated with a double major in Theatre and Politics from Fairfield University.
